We think of ourselves as Kentucky's Cave County because much of
Mammoth Cave National Park was carved out of Edmonson. But Nolin Lake also plays

Community Events
Cave exploring is a year-round activity for folks visiting
Mammoth Cave National Park, but Edmonson County offers all sorts of other
activities, no matter the season. There's fishing and boating on local rivers
and, of course, sprawling Nolin Lake. The are horse camps, as well as
regular camping, and our restaurants and lodging facilities are down-home
comfortable. Yes, we have golf courses and lots of places to shop. Click at left

the bustling seat of Edmonson County, which is located in south central Kentucky
about midway between Louisville to the north and Nashville to the south. For
